Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, you may request a replacement or full refund within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, you must provide a photo of the damaged or unhealthy plant along with your order number.
Return Process
To initiate a return or refund, contact us at support@cairn.com with a photo and your order number. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for return. All returns are free; we will supply a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we will replace the plant with the same or equivalent item, subject to availability. If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
All plants are eligible for return if they are damaged or unhealthy upon arrival. We do not accept returns for plants that are healthy but no longer wanted. However, you may cancel your order before shipment per our Cancellation Policy.
International Returns
For international orders, we cover return shipping costs. However, any customs duties or taxes paid at import are non-refundable unless required by law.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Days
We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed by 11:59 PM (local time) on the preceding Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday of that week. Orders placed after that cutoff will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Packaging
All plants are carefully packaged in biodegradable moss and recycled paper. We include carbon offset for every shipment to minimize environmental impact.
Shipping Carriers
We use reputable national and international carriers. Delivery times vary by destination.
Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally to most countries. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Since we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, orders placed before the cutoff (Sunday 11:59 PM) can be cancelled until shipment. After shipment, cancellation is not possible; instead, you may request a return under our Refund Policy.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, email support@cairn.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
Cancellation refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank.
Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or order details, contact us before shipment. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee if the order is already packed or shipped.
