Fired clay · charcoal-rubbed
Cairn
Cairn is a collection of plants and flowers that serve as living markers—like stone cairns—placed in the home to anchor memory and place.
Stone, slow growth, and the horizon line.
Each specimen is chosen for its architectural form and resilience, then paired with a handmade ceramic vessel that echoes the horizon: fired clay with a charcoal-rubbed surface, as if retrieved from the tide line.
Use these plants to define thresholds, soften corners, and mark the passing of seasons. They require minimal fuss: bright, indirect light; water only when the soil is dry an inch down. No schedules, no guilt—just slow, steady growth that mirrors the patience of stone.
